Art and culture is that one thing among many that is common throughout the country from far-east Arunachal Pradesh to Rajasthan in west and from Ladakh in north to Kerala in deep south. A very beautiful display of dance forms is to be displayed from 1-5 December, 2019 at Open Air Auditorium in the magnificent backdrop of Konark Sun Temple in Odisha. It is one of the biggest dance festivals held in Odisha and main classical dance festivals of India.

This festival has established its own uniqueness in the sense that talented dancers and their troupes of national and international reputation join and perform almost every classical dance forms of India like Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi, Odissi, Kathak, Manipuri, Mohiniattam, Chhau and other tribal, folk and classical dances. This year a cultural troupe from Indonesia would also present their performance in the festival.
